1. Start with a sample. Always.

I'd never tell you to drop money on a bulk order before you've held the product in your hands. A sample is how you check everything before you commit: fabric weight, stitching, fit, print, the wash. If it's not right, we fix it. Then we go bulk.

• Send me your idea. A tech pack, a sketch, a reference photo, even a hoodie you already love.
• We talk it through. Video call with me — not a sales rep, not a bot. I speak your language (6 of them). We lock in fabric, fit, colors, details.
• I make your sample. Real product, made on the same floor your bulk order runs on. No bait and switch.
• You review it. We tweak until it's exactly what you pictured. Then you approve.

Most samples take 7-14 days. There's a sample fee to cover materials and labor — in most cases I credit it back toward your bulk order once you move forward.

2. Deposit & payment — no surprises.

The manufacturing world is full of horror stories: people send money to a factory they've never spoken to and never hear back. Here's exactly how money moves with DTH — clear, upfront, nothing hidden.

• 50% deposit to start production. Once your sample is approved and we lock the order, you pay half. It covers your fabric, trims, and your slot on the floor.
• 50% balance before shipping. When your order's done and you've seen proof it's done, you pay the rest. Then it ships.

Before you ever pay a balance you get: a video call with me, an approved sample in your hands, photos and video of your run in progress, and the option to visit the factory in person. I've got nothing to hide.

3. Bulk production, done right.

MOQ depends on the garment and fabric — a basic tee runs a different minimum than a heavyweight custom hoodie. Tell me what you're making and I'll give you a straight number. Starting small? I'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your budget instead of pushing you into an order you can't move.

• Approved sample first. We never run bulk off a guess.
• 50% deposit. Locks your materials and your slot.
• Production. Your run gets made — I send photos and video so you're never in the dark.
• Quality check. Every piece gets looked over before it leaves.
• Balance + shipping. You pay the rest, I handle logistics — shipping, freight, customs guidance. I help you get it home.
